All AW Custom Guitars are built to the exact specifications of my customers. Mine is a true custom shop and it would be impractical, if not impossible, to attempt a price list of everything I do. Below is a list of standard AW Guitar features but please keep in mind that this is only a starting point. Any or all of the features below can be added to, or substituted to meet the customer’s needs. I often find that a musician has a particular tonal, visual, or functional aspect that they would like incorporated into their instrument. Many times they are not sure if their requirements can be met. It is these types of challenges that make my work interesting.

It is important to note that, while this is a custom shop, AW Guitars is focused on building instruments from naturally beautiful exotic hardwoods, and therefore I avoid painting or staining my instruments. In addition, the playability of my instruments is paramount; if a customer is requesting something that will affect the functionality of the instrument I will work with them to find a practical way to meet their needs.
